#CHAPTER 3
Mechanic [B16], and I were starting to realize that this kind of structure had to carry a special mission. We imagined before us a dream city, a city that could exist under any conditions, a city in which the best minds of the universe would gather, a city in which there would be no place for violence and anxiety.
Terracosmico didn't have to be persuaded long, because if we waited a little longer, the ship would have moved the tiny planet off its axis with its weight. A few days later, the first crew was assembled. The night before departure, in consultation with each other, we decided to name the ship Academy. Here we would gather the extracts of civilizations, where they would continually learn from each other things that others could not even think of.
Takeoff was scheduled for early morning. Slightly nervous, the crew bid farewell to the people of Terracosmico. The ship was ready.
Glancing over for the last time in this galaxy, silently, Mechanic, B16, and I pressed the launch button, and the helm seemed to pull up on its own
A Moment. A flash. A pop. The Academy vanished into the sky over the planet Terracosmico.
